Swaliho M. Fofana
CEO & Team Lead
Swaliho has over 11 years professional experience in development work, civil society space, public and private sectors including roles and skills in Program & Project Management, NGO Management, Financial & Budget Management, Planning & Organizing, Grant or Proposal & Report Writing, Enterprise Development, Venture formation, Business/Financial Plans Development, Audits, VSLA, Social Cash Transfer Program, Human Resources roles in recruitment, training, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance & Relations, Coaching, Youth Entrepreneurship and Development.
Swaliho holds an MBA in Public Financial Management from the Financial Management Training Program at the University of Liberia, a scholarly program funded by the World Bank and the Government of Liberia.

Edmond T. Sloh
COO & Organizational Development Lead
Edmond is an experienced business and organizational development personnel. Edmond earned his Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development from the Eastern University, USA, an undergraduate degree in Management from the University of Liberia and has achieved several certificates in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and as well as Entrepreneurship.
For the last five years, Edmond has lectured courses as an Adjunct Faculty in English and Management at the AME University and University of Liberia.

Georglin S. Nyenatoh
Business Development & Partnership Lead
With 12 professional years of experience in education and administration, Georglin S. Nyenatoh has impacted tons of young people through curricular training and capacity development programs. In 2022, Georglin graduated with Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from the Near East University in Cyprus.
Since her return to Liberia, Georglin has been lecturing courses at the United Methodist University and she recently served as a Trainer for the USAID Youth Advance Future Proof Skills Project.

Esther Zackpah
YPAR Program Coordinator
Ether has an undergraduate degree in Nursing from the United Methodist University's Winifred J. Harley College of Health Sciences. Esther has experience in public health, nursing, program planning and management, monitoring, evaluation, and social impact research.
Before joining The AfriQana Group, Esther worked as an MEL Assistant of USAID Youth Advance Future Proof Skills Project in Montserrado County.
